About the Westgate Wanderers .

 

Our branch was formed in September 2004 and has quickly grown to have over 150 active members. The branch functions along the lines of a social club whose members have a common interest in motor bikes.

Tyre Kicking :
We meet every Saturday morning at the Highway Lounge at the Caltex Service Station Werribee for our "Tyre Kick".This gathering of members is informal and allows them to meet and chat with fellow members about whatever they want.

  
 Meetings:
We also meet every month at the werribee RSL for our "Social Dinner Meeting". This meeting is also held to encourage members and their partners to get to know each other.
 

Rides:

Our third most important activity is riding for pleasure. We usually have two organised rides each month to destinations chosen by members.

Internet:

 We also use the Internet as our major communication tool.
     
Membership Information .

To join the Ulysses Club members have to be 40 years of age as a minimum. The average age of the Westgate Wanderers is 53 and therefore provides local businesses with a captive audience of people who have time on their hands and money in their pockets.

As such they are a profitable segment of the market to cater for

Advertising:

The opportunity to become involved with the Westgate Wanderers are as follows:

1/ Advertise in the monthly newsletter, The Wanderer, (10 issues pa). $50 p.a. per sq 25cm up to a maximum of 100 sq cms.

2/ Advertise on our web site with links to your site for $100pa

3/ Advertise on our Gazebo which is used at major events- $150 for an advert 80cm X 80cm for three years.

4/ Branch organised rides will be named in honour of our sponsors at no charge.

5/ Sponsors will be invited to attend our monthy meeting and give a brief presentation about their company and service/products at no charge, meal included.
